Happy Hive is well poised to understand the unique needs and challenges of small- to medium-sized businesses in this beautiful resort town, having provided HR and Social Services here for almost two decades, while simultaneously building and operating our own small business here as well. Lisa Darrah: where HR, social services, and business meet
Lisa’s journey has seamlessly blended human resources, social work, and a passion for the mountains. From managing HR in ski and hotel corporations to founding the successful Rockaboo Mountain Adventures, she has also led community initiatives like Crisis Team Jasper Society and served on boards for Tourism Jasper and the Association for Mountain Parks Protection & Enjoyment. With a commitment to supporting people and businesses alike, Lisa believes that happy, healthy employees are the cornerstone of thriving communities and organizations.
